I am Michael Mollo. I’m a native of the Pennsylvania mountains. As composer and songwriter in Santa Monica, California, my music can be heard in a number of film, television and game scores. I front the brass-fueled blues ensemble, Blue Door Records and play electric piano and synthesizer with the groups Sanford Street and My Dear Brothers. I am also passionate about education and have shepherded the music composition and technology program at Santa Monica High School while also overseeing Velvet Green Music a production music catalog.
